	Dr. Han Zhenjiang CEO of Litsoft, and Assistant President of Lenovo Group Dr. Han joined Lenovo Group in 1995 and started the Lenovo Software R&D Center in 1996. In 2004, he became Assistant President of Lenovo Group, as well as CEO of Litsoft upon its spinoff. During his tenure at Lenovo, Dr. Han spearheaded the development of many of Lenovo's flagship products, including software for home, enterprise and e-business applications. Dr. Han personally led the development of "Happy Family" (幸福之家©), China's first generation of home computer operating environment software, as well as "iNovo© ", a middleware for enterprise application integration. He has also managed a number of large-scale enterprise computerization projects, including Lenovo's Call Center and the Olympics construction project management information platform. Dr. Han obtained his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Computer Science from Peking University. In 1995, he obtained a Ph.D in Computer Applications from Peking University, becoming one of the first persons to be awarded this degree in China. In 2005, Dr. Han acquired an Executive MBA degree from the China Europe International Business School. Dr. Han is a highly active member among China's software industry circles. He is a Member of the Board of Supervisors for the China Software Industry Association (CSIA), as well as a Director of the Beijing Software Industry Association. The China Software Industry Association is the exclusive industry representative of China's software industry, with a membership of more than 700 enterprises and organizations, including the majority of China's top 100 software companies and IT companies.
	Mr. Luo Xu Vice President Work Experience Joined Lenovo in 1997 as, and successively took the following posts: Project Manager of the Lenovo Software R&D Center、Manager and senior manager of R&D Department、Director of R&D Control of Wuhan Software Sub-center Be responsible for and taking part in large number of strategic software system R&D projects of Lenovo Group and Litsoft, including many key software products and solutions, e.g. CRM, SCM, OA, e-Office and ERP Be responsible for establishing Lenovo/Litsoft Wuhan Sub-center in 2003 Education Background Bachelor's degree from Northeastern University in computer science in 1996.
	Mr. Zhang Lei Assistant President Work Experience Joined Lenovo in 1996, and successively took the following posts :Development engineer、development manager and senior manager of the Software Development Center、Director of R&D Control Manage software value-added solutions as well as Lenovo computer hardware product service design; Be responsible for R&D of many key strategic software products for exhibiting new products of Lenovo; Successfully led the R&D of dual-core computer system software of Lenovo personal computer as well as digital application software. Education Background Acquired the Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in telecommunication and control from Beijing Jiaotong University In 1996.
	Mr. Shang Qi Assistant President Work Experience Joined Lenovo in 1999, and successively took the following posts: Quality control and test engineer of the Software Design Center、Senior manager of Software Design and Test Center、General Manager of Software Design Center and Director of software testing、R&D Director of Wuhan Sub-center. Led and managed Wuhan Sub-center Education Background Acquired the Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 1999;
