Company History
Litsoft is one of the leading providers of
high-end outsourced software services in China. We are headquartered
in Beijing and have a software development center in Wuhan.
We were founded in 1996 as the in-house software development
unit for the Lenovo Group. As its exclusive software services
provider, we designed, developed and deployed critical components
of Lenovo's IT infrastructure (including ERP, CRM, SCM systems),
designed and developed embedded systems for multiple Lenovo
product lines, and developed HPC applications for its high-end
servers.
In 2004 we were spun off as an independent
entity to take advantage of the explosive growth in China's
software outsourcing market. We continue to serve as the primary
software service provider for Lenovo, which maintains a significant
interest in our Company. In addition to Lenovo, we have built
up an impressive base of clients and partners during our short
operating history, including France Telecom, Microsoft, CCTV,
Tsingtao Brewery, CITIC, China Netcom, Li Ning, China Life Insurance,
the top domestic and Sino-foreign JV fund management companies,
as well as China's big three oil giants (Petrochina, Sinopec
and CNOOC).
Our Company is CMMI Level 5 certified, which
means we guarantee the highest level of software quality for
our clients.
