Collaborative Business Platform

As the industry with high informatization level, currently financial industry is still facing some challenges such as massive data, dispersed data. Redundancy and inconsistency of data bring about great difficulties to the system maintenance and usage. Taking the overall planning of information into account, Litsoft has designed the industry-specific E-commerce platform. Based on the standard J2EE specification, this platform provides robust and scalable technical architecture for E-business applications in the financial industry, which could help customers more easily establish various business applications and establish information portals like Enterprise Portal, Employee Portal, Customer Portal, and Partner Portal based on this E-business platform.

Supports wide variety of clients, combined with unified user management and personalized engine, publish information and provide services specific to different clients and users.

·Application Presentation
It can build different kinds of application with the functional components of the platform.Or, the platform functions can be presented in the forms of various kinds of application, including Call Center, Collaboration Office, and Customer Relationship Management, etc.The business functions are presented through such applications, which are established on unified technical architecture. The unified user management, content management, process management and system management realize the back-end integration of service source, service content, service process and customer data.

·Functional Components of Platform Business
As the key component of the platform, business processing capability is composed of a series of back-end business components, data processing tools and management tools.

Complete the storage of information data and user data.The data storage layer is separated from the data presentation layer so as to realize flexibility of business performance.
