Our software process management philosophy is built on three fundamental principles:
(1) Continuous Improvement. We continuously implement process improvements based on company-wide targets to ensure consistently high-level software process management and controls
(2) Quantitative Management. These quantitative process improvement analyses and organizational process improvement ROI analyses ensure our personnel understand and carry out at all levels the process improvement work and need for continuous resource input.
(3) Process Automation. The introduction of process automation tools improves process efficiency and stability and data reliability, particularly where massive amounts of data processing are required.
To guarantee the sharing of data between various systems and avoid the creation of information silos, we have deployed a system, with a data exchange middleware in charge of data exchange among all modules, and then implemented development and sourcing on a step-by-step basis according to the priority of each module, so as to avoid redundant investment and training inputs,as well as impacts on organization's normal operations due to abrupt process transformations.
